I test drove and bought a used Audi Q5 from them. JR was my salesman and was very personable and efficient. Ryan also assisted and was very helpful. The day after I brought the car home I had a serious mechanical problem. I called JR and Rand’s sent a tow truck up to my home in Oakley and took it into the SLC dealership to be repaired. It was promptly repaired within a couple of days, turned out to be a minor issue, and Rands stood by their product and covered the cost of repair. I am very pleased with their honesty and helpfulness. I will definitely purchase a car from Rands again.

We had a great buying experience with Corbin. If you’re looking for a used car dealership that cares about their product but isn’t shoving the sale down your throat I highly suggest you come into Rand’s. We didn’t expect to leave with a vehicle the same day we went looking but with how seamless the financing process was it was inevitable. We’re very happy with our purchase and will be recommending Rands to anyone looking for a used car.

Buying our car at Rand's Auto was the best dealership experience I've ever had. For years, I have opted to use online methods to purchasing a car due to how high-pressure and frustrating dealerships can be. We tried out Rand's Auto and were extremely impressed. Corbin and Ryan were exceptionally helpful and transparent during the entire car buying process. They let us test drive several vehicles alone so we could truly assess the car. After we started the purchasing process, we were in and out in no time at all. Thank you to Corbin, Ryan, and the other employees at Rand's for making our experience positive and enjoyable.

If you add up all the cars we have purchased with Rand, it’s about 14. Three have been in the last 18 months. We have NEVER had a bad experience. The prices are more than fair, the cars are much better than any others you will find on a used car lot. They are often almost new. He doesn’t run a low class business. The staff is the BEST. KIND , patient, helpful and no pressure we will ne Er shop for a car anywhere else.

Very unique and extremely low-key compared to your average large dealership. That may come with a few downsides but way more upsides. If you do your research well and the car you want is on their lot, I doubt you can find another dealer with better price, more honesty, better car condition, or more considerate employees.
